sorry I am one of those that have been stung by the cashback deals. Didn't get a single penny back last year when phoneboxdirect went into administration./bankrupt.
I would only go with a well known company from now on.
I was lucky enough that vodafone reduced the £35 a month line rental because of what happened & my contract was only a couple of months old so I didn't lose too much (did take a lot of work to get them to do it though). But not everyone was so lucky as they had already paid nearly all their yearly contract & not received a penny back.
