Why cold? Amazon sell them for £100...even though this one may be fake, it's affordable and works.

yeah it works now, i had a 2gb stick from them which worked for a few weeks then died when i actually tried to fill it with data!

by that reasoning, I can copy my sony authentic film dvds and sell them as long as i dont claim they are made by sony. they're still fake!

Plus the fact that they are made to look like Sony as well

The thing here is that they are produced in a country where Sony are unable to copy write the hardware. They don't claim to offer the same warranty or anything like that, so as I said you get what you pay for. But there is no reason not to believe that the capacity is 16gb and that it is of memory stick pro duo format.

I understand your advice to other people that they are not produced under license by Sony. But hey have you ever shopped at dealextreme? I suspect it's not the only "unlicensed" product on the books...

Like I said last time PRO Duo cards are a Sony owned and licensed proprietary memory format, what more can be said. These are FAKE.

You'd be much better off buying the 8gb from Play for £36.99, these dealextreme cards are pants (talking from experience, I had two fail on me within weeks, one 2gb and one 4gb, also the 4gb only held 2.5gb)
