guv:
Haven't voted, but would image the cold votes are because vivitar is a pretty poor make for cameras.
Appreciated, as I said I know they're not the most fantastic of makes, but in my opinion should we be voting on whether something is a good deal, not whether it's a good make? For example, this camera isn't fantastic but then for £40, plus a waterproof case, plus a £9 camera case surely that makes it a good deal, especially if for a child's first camera? Or is it just me that thinks that?
I just think, and by this I'm not including you as you haven't voted, but a lot of people make an opinionated vote as something is not good enough for them (ie in this case they pay more for Canon/Olympus rather than bog standard Vivitar) but for someone who doesn't have much money it would be hot, if it's not relevant to me personally then I don't bother to vote hot or cold, I just don't think a lot of people think like that.
I know what I mean and want to say but can't quite get it across quite right, hopefull I'm making a bit of sense?!? Thanks for taking the time to let me know your opinion though.
