Aparently yep, It's a shame that the W350i is now £59.99 or I would've bagged it within a matter of seconds!
And well from what i've heard its a very nice phone, its camera is a worse module than the famous one used in the older K800i/K790i/K810i and also lacks the Xenon flash.

I have one of these on contract and it has been in for repair 3 times in 11 months. I love the phone just has major software issues. However that said mine is on 3 so I think the problem lies with their software rather than SE's. This is the first of 7 SE phones I have been disappointed with.
