Was in WH Smith (Wigan) today and saw the above cookbook by Hugh on sale. It is 256 page hardback book, which still seems to be £30 at Waterstones, Amazon and Wh Smith website curiously enough.
Don't know if it is a nationwide offer therefore, also (as I can't work out how to get pics on), it is the book with the cover showing a close-up of Hugh and a chicken - not in that way though!

These books are great, i've got the River Cottage Family Cookbook and use it all the time.
This is a very good price, so voted hot

Also spotted in the Liverpool St Station WH Smith (not sure if it is nationwide) is Gordon Ramsey's Cooking For Friends book for half price. Cheaper even compared to online retailers. It makes a good gift as its in solid hardback.
