Why is this not more hot? Is there a flaw in the PC version that's making the price tumble so quickly? I found it on thehut for around the same price and was checking to see if anyone had posted it.

I suppose one difficulty is that it'd need a fairly good spec. machine to run it, though if you've got one it can most likely run it better than the 360 version (Having played it on 360,lots of pop-in textures).

The flow is that you can only activate the game a certain number of times. I noticed a lot of buyers complaining big time about the games' DRM protection. See here.
I think I'll wait until this goes down to 5 quid in price!

Ah yes, the old "screwing the people actually buying the game" maneuvre. Well played, Bioware!

Very good game. Sadly at its hardest at the begining when you have crummy gear. PC version gets free downloadable content and has improved graphics, inventory management and faster loads than the 360 version.

I really hope the DRM thing hurt the sales on this, and that's why it's so low on price. Paying customers have to put up with that, and ironically the people who pirate it don't have to put up with those restrictions!

For those who don't know, you get a limited number of installs included when you buy the game. So if you need to reset your computer to factory defaults, or upgrade it in some way that causes the game to class it as a new computer, you will likely use up one of your installs. Once they are all used, you have to phone EA and request from them another install, which they can give on a discretionary basis.

This is a good price and a good deal, but it's worth being aware of the above.

Ruddy hell some of those reviews are ridiculous. The DRM can actually close down your operating system and disable you internet connection, what a cheek of EA. I would have liked this but no way I am installing that on my PC.

Just got this for the 360 from GAME off the second-hand shelf, £10. It's been around long enough now to find a few copies for that price (well it was actually 2 games for £20).

I've almost stopped buying any new games now. I don't get around to playing them soon enough anyway, may as well wait until they're more affordable. I'm still playing PGR3, which I got for £5 and now PGR4 is £10. Might get it for Christmas for £5
