Quidco will not work, it will track, but they will cancel it, tried it loads of times in the past, also says on there Quidco page they will not accept, voucher codes & Quidco.

i dont think so quidco does not mention that codes will not work for lovefilm, instead it is promoting this code! codes dont work for thehut, but this one worked in the past for me eg sale10...

Might cancel my orders and try again, lol.

Certain items struggle to get hot here. Blue rays definitely one of them.

Basically this is what people expect to pay:

DVDs = < £3
DVD Boxsets (per season) = <£10
DVD Boxsets (entirety) - <£30
Blueray - < £10
HDDVD = < 1p

Anything over that and it's mostly just gonna get voted cold. I'd say blue ray gets it the worst because people automatically vote it cold because they don't own the player - which somehow, makes it a cold deal.

Actually on the HD-DVD Norbit thread, people expected to be paid £2.99 by the retailer for taking it off their hands and being forced to own/watch it

haha very funny ! the prices you have quoted are mainly for bargain hunters! but given my post, using a random example £9.43 + £10.93 = £20.36 (the patriot and underworld 2)

spend £20, get £2 off = £18.36,
+10% off code = £16.52 (£8.26 per blu ray before quidco)
+5% quidco cashback = £15.70 (£7.85 per blu ray)

so it works out less than £10 for many of the titles even before quidco and
a lot of the preorders will therefore be cheaper than other sellers

if you order in separate batches of £20+, it works out overall cheaper as well, as you get the £2 off per order.

The Hulk and one film I love and that is I,Robot - got both for £25.14 plus with 5% quidco comes to £23.88 - not bad for 2 blu rays!
