No offense, but is there a 'when a normal person' met louis theroux, is it me, or does everyone find HIM to be as much a weirdo as the blatantly maniac people he is with? I know for a fact, I certainly wouldn't associate with him, simply because he is weird. An oddball proper. And for that reason, I'm out.. Afterall, he makes out like he's normal, but lets face it, would you go for a beer with this guy? I rest my case, he's odd on all levels, and scarely odd.

He's not odd, he's just playing the traditional inquistive English Gent role which maybe makes him a bit sly and also a bit two faced but that seems necessary for his job in getting weirdos and mentalists on side so they'll tell us a bit more about themselves than they would normally.

Wouldn't pay for it though - it's on the telly all the time.

I like Louis Theroux, I don't think he is that strange (I can't get over his awful glasses, but you have to understand most of his Weird Weekends were mid 90s).

I wouldn't buy this set purely on the basis that they are always on Dave, but a good present for fans without Sky/Freeview/Cable.

I think you'll find his slow drawl voice, and geekiness is amplified for his roll and he is acting.
Probably not too far from his real personality, but unless you do go out for a beer with him you will never know. I'd love to have a beer with him, and listen to how he studied his prey before he took them to the cleaners so to speak.

He has a first class degree, so the "dim" way he comes over obviously is acting.

He also has some balls doing that porno work, and front out the Black Panthers. He's got more courage than me.
