well firstly no mine didnt so young although my son has had since age 4. Neice had very young before age 2-and yes she kept them on! it takes a little time to get used to them anyway and they wont expect them to wear them all the time im sure-just as much as possible without upsetting them! Im sure you know lots of distraction tactics!
The glasses can have a wire on the backs-and they are ever so tiny! I get sons from Specsavers who are brilliant for kids as they always do a second pair within a few weeks on a repair voucher, and you need the spare. They make them now with Mr Men and alkinds of trims to appeal (I know yur babies are a little young but they will learn im sure.
They can tell they need glasses from the shape of the eye when they look into it.
And i wouldnt be thinking about what people say as im sure they will look sooo cute!!!
My older daughter who has just turned 3, has been wearing glasses for the last 3 months. She took to wearing them without any problems. Made a little bit of a game out of it saying she is wearing glasses like me so our eyes can get better. An she was so happy wearing glasses just like dad. Just not going to be able to do that with the twins, they keep trying to pull my glasses when i give them a cuddle
Iv got the twins glasses ordered from Specsavers to the stuff in there were very nice & help full

son since 4 but tbh its a good thing...brother just qualified as an optician and he said should have taken son earlier cos the ealrier they start on glasses the better..ie their eyes have a chance of getting better apparently!
Yeah that's what i was told about our 3 year old, that she might only need to wear them for a couple of years & there are chances her eyes will be ok

What they say should be ignored, it's not important. People stop and stare at my kid, I don't blame 'em though "He ugly".
Guess part of that is right but not a nice thing to say about your kid, is it
