Chesso's science quiz 2nd round Thurs 6th Nov. Join in any time from 7 - 9 pm

List answers 1 - 20 in your reply and please POST JUST ONCE in the new round as you can EDIT AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE.

Post 2 has the written questions, posts 3 & 4 have the pics and post 5 has random clues and stuff.

Each round has 10 general science questions. You get two points for every one that you get right but one point if you get it right with the help of Google. Be honest put a G next to your answer. Half a point if you cheat put a C next to your answer. You can argue the toss if you like but mainly my answers count!
Each round also has 10 pictures taken using the electron microscope and given false colour. You must say what each of the images is. Near guesses will be counted as correct. Extra clues will probably be given (randomly).

Answers at 9 pm. Post your single reply any time up until then. Good luck.

    I think it was to do with it being so small and also something about it's orbit being different to the other planets.

    Edit: Ok just looked it up and heres why;

    It states that a planet must be in orbit around the sun, have enough gravity to make itself round and, crucially, must have "cleared the neighbourhood around its orbit" of other objects. Since Pluto is just one of many small icy objects in the outer solar system's Kuiper belt, it does not meet these requirements.
