Your mobile needs to be WAP enabled:

Before you start please make sure your phone is set up to receive MMS (Multimedia Messaging Services) i.e. photos, audio files and videos.
Although you may have a phone that can send and receive
WAP you may need to activate the service. Please contact your network provider for more details. To check if your phone is compatible you will need to go through X steps:
Step 1: Enter your mobile number below and click on the “Test Mobile >>” button on the bottom right hand of the page.
Step 2: We’ll send you a text with a link in it. Click on the link and we will send you a test ticket.
If you receive and read the message in the test ticket:
Step 3: Click “Next step” next to the Mobile number on the “Manage My Mobile” page in “My Account”.
Step 4: On the next page click on “Yes I have received my ticket”.
Step 5: Your mobile phone is now registered and you can book tickets on the E-Fulfilment web site.
If you cannot receive the ticket or are unable to read the message:
Step 3: Click “Next step” next to the Mobile number on the “Manage My Mobile” page in “My Account”.
Step 4: On the next page click on “No I did not receive my ticket”.
Step 5: You will be taken back to the “Manage My Mobiles” page where you can either try registering the number again or delete it from your records.
