Looking at spec the only question I'd raise is whether it has HDCP on its DVI input - which you MIGHT want in the future if you want to play back HD copy protected material.

PS
Found a website at
http://www.edge10.co.uk/04_commercia...ial_w243h.html

eg Product spec at
http://www.edge10.co.uk/download_tec..._technical.pdf
and User Manual at
http://www.edge10.co.uk/download_gui..._UserGuide.pdf
mmm Certainly haven't "wasted" much money on that manual!

Yes, I phoned their Tech Support (straight through in a few seconds !) and it is a TN panel.

It's worth pointing out that the stand has a fair bit of adjustment and can pivot.

Has an excellent stand for the money. TN panels have duller colours and worse viewing angles compared to better panels like PVA, but for much less money.

Not looking so attractive now then. Can anybody recommend something that will rival the new apple LED backlit display but for half the price?

LOL! That's a good one!

Oh wait. You were being serious.

Maybe a Dell, though a decent branded 24" will be of the order of £300, factor in the LED backlight and you're likely talking in excess of £400.
