I love watching scary films as long as they keep the gore to the minimum! Unfortunately I've seen more gore on the news and documentaries - did you watch the wasp on C4 eating that caterpillar? Yuck
Of course, this film is not appropriate for someone under 18 or of a sensitive nature, but I do not agree with censorship of films. In the 1930/40's films with actors, such as James Cagney, were very violent with people being shot and beaten. (Blimy, have you seen some of the Road Runner cartoons, forgot, these are going to be banned too!) In the film Kiss of Death (1947), an old lady in a wheelchair is murdered by being thrown down the stairs! Now that is violent!
Films of this nature have been around for many, many years and watched by our grandparents and great grand parents. They are no more violent now than 60 years ago, they just have superior CGI effects and make-up!!
Anyway...this is fab price!
