Free X-Box 360 Data Transfer Kit from Microsoft

Just say Jonny_K looking to buy of the above having purchased an Elite 360.

Microsoft provide this kit for free if you have upgraded to the Elite or Speical edition consoles. You can then transfer the data from your old 20GB HDD to your spanking new 120GB HDD.

Mine took 5 days to come.

If you bought an arcade and it broke, so you bought a new one, then if you wanted to use the new hard drive you would have to buy a kit, if you upgrade to an Elite as in incentive, they offer this for free.
