Bought an xbox arcade from zavvi expecting to get it for £117 with my 10% discount from virgin credit card but got Halo 3 and lost odyssey free as part of a bundle and they take the 10% off from them games too even though your not paying for them!

Halo 3 £40 (£4 discount)
Lost Odyssey £45 (£4.50 discount)
XBox 360 Arcade £130 (£13 discount)

£130 - Total discount = £108.50 :-)

What comes with the Arcade package, do you get a memory card? is the controller wireless?

Looking for a 360 having missed the supermarket deals, this is more the price I was thinking of spending than the Asda deal anyway.

How long does it take to get a Virgin CC?

yep wireless controllers as standard now, a 256 mem card and standard av lead.

I have a older 360 now and its just over 3 years old and thought i might aswell update it and sell my older one.

you would think so, retail outlets do not usually have new stock laying about for long and I think pretty much all made in 2008 are the up to date chip..

very good deal this. games are worth £20 so £88.50 for an xbox 360 arcade. That is cheap. You can get a 20gb hd for less than £20 from microsoft direct now...
