Vouchers Blacklisted

Hi, I have just been advised by one of my customers that they posted a voucher deal on this site but unfortunately this got blacklisted as spam!! Why does this happen - she is annoyed as it seems to favour only the big companies!!

If it was posted from a 'Customer' and they followed the rules and guidelines then it shouldnt have been removed or spammed.

But yeah, best bet is to contact support and have them look into it.
