btw. I still think Family Mobile (Ikea) is the better option as they're currently doing a promotion where you get £20 for topping up £10, so it's like 4.5p a minute and 3p a text for the £10 topup

I replaced all the mobiles in the house (3 in total) with these sims. It has saved us a fortune my old one was 02 costing me about 30p a minute & 12p a text!

The sim goes straight into any Vodaphone without unlocking as they use the Vodaphone network.

You also get to pick your number on ikea. Try it out!

Asda also do free sim offers. Think it was buy £5 credit get simcard free when I bought one a few months ago.

Bought one of these a few weeks ago - it's been well advertised, so I thought everyone knew about this deal....
Apparently not, so great post!

Certainly the cheapest PAYG tariff at the moment and ASDA mobile customer service was excellent. Transferring my old number was a doddle - just needed the PAC from my old supplier. It took a few days, but they told me that it would happen between 11am-4pm on the specified day and I haven't had a problem since.

The Ikea deal is good, but it only lasts until the 15th Dec and is limited to the first 10,000 customers......

Not bad, although Tesco mobile might prove cheaper for some where you get £30 free credit when you top up with £15 ( Total £45 credit )
