HyperX DDR2 modules are specifically engineered and designed to meet the rigorous requirements of PC enthusiasts. HyperX DDR2 offers faster speeds, lower latencies, higher data bandwidths and lower power consumption than DDR. HyperX is available in single and dual-channel memory kits.

Kingston's KHX8500AD2K2/4G is a kit of two 2GB (2048MB) DDR2-1066 CL6 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory modules, based on sixteen 64M x 8-bit DDR2 FBGA components per module. Total kit capacity is 4GB (4096MB). Each module pair has been tested to run at DDR2- 1066MHz at a latency timing of 6-6-6-18 at 2.1V. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC standard latency 800Mhz timing of 6-6-6-18 at 2.0V. Each 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +2.0V. The electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:

- PC8500 1066MHz CAS 6-6-6-18 (SPD @ 7-7-7-20)
- 64x8 DDR2 BGA Chips
- 240pin, Non-ECC, Un-buffered DDR2 SDRAM DIMM
- Aluminum Heat-spreader
- 6 Layers Ultra Low Noises Shielded PCB
- Lifetime Warranty
- 2.0V-2.1V Power Supply

This is very good ram at a very good price.

Just a shamne about the terrible reputation of the retailer selling it.

Have you ever tried to return a faulty item to them, spent 4 days trying to contact their Customer Services, or had money taken out of your account by them without your permission? I have, and will never use them again.

well I hope I don't have any problems with my order :s

I spent most of today searching for 800mhz memory and found this 1066mhz RAM for around the same price and it's a good £20 cheaper than anywhere else I found

So long as you don't receive a faulty item or have to contact them you will be fine. I have ordered a lot of stuff from Overcockups but the onew time things went wrong they REALLY let me down. Just check online feedback about their lack of Customer Service.

Once again, it is a good deal and you will probably be fine.

Fantastic price, but I’d never want to go through the torture of dealing with Overclockers ‘customer services’ again, should something go wrong.

I'd imagine it's currently cold because bad experiences with Overclockers aren't limited to an unlucky few

Sorry for the lame reply.

Can anyone advise me if this will work in my ML115 server that I recently (3 months ago) purchased?

On HP's website it says DDR II ECC compatible, but I was told I can use almost any DDR II as long as it was all the same. Is this correct???

I’ve been running 4GB of non-ECC memory, in an ML115 server, for the last few months. The information you’ve been told is quite correct, and you shouldn't hit any problems with these sticks.
