EXPIRED - ABGymnic Muscle Toning Belt £2.99 Delivered @ Play.Com + 4% Quidco

£2.99

-15°

FOUND BY: Blender 1 year, 2 weeks ago

Has been £5 for ages on Play.com and did pick one up at that price. Got to say i think its brilliant.

Now for £2.99 its a steal.
This is the review i wrote on play.com
"Few people saying the gel doesnt last long, but you need just a dab on each side of the pad, so it should last a long time. For a fiver i got to say its great. 6 modes to work out to. each one different and working the body parts in different ways. You really do feel the burn after a 15-20 session. Really do recommend to anyone looking for a dirt cheap toning belt."

It's bloody awful, I bought one of these from play many many moons ago and it lasted about a month. It was £3 then as well.

Really, don't bother! I got one of the proper Slendertone ones for £loadsamoney a while ago, and it didnt do much (other than mildly electrocute me from time to time)

This one cannot stand a chance of being any good in comparison to the slendertone!

As said before, do some sit ups instead! Even better, some crunches. Or even better than that, the 'plank'. Look it up on google. Easy to do, with great results if you keep doing them.

Waste of money - you need to lay off the pale ale and do 100 crunches every morning.

Lie on your back, put your hands on either side of your head, pull your feet towards your buttocks, so your knees are up, look at a point on the ceiling, but foward a bit, and sit up, and when you go down don't go all the way, so your back is still off the floor. Try and keep your abs tensed at all times.

i agree with choice of exercises. just increase reps by 5 every other night on crunches /leg raises etc, 5 secs extra to the plank every other session ( progressive resistance). reduse your carb intake by a quater ,ie white bread, pasta ,potatoes and increase protein intake by a quater to counter balance your calorific intake . you will see the about a pound or two of fat melt away and those so hard to get abs will be more amd more visable as each month passes. give it six months and the i promise you the results will be awesome

done properly - its a killer. ever heard the expression go for the burn ... well this definately gives you that burn BIG TIME .
this exercise strengthens your inner core muscles along with your abs . the results will lead to a better posture with stonger abs and lower back .

Wait, you do 12000 sit ups and 6000 crunches a day? Good joke........................................

Useless belts, dont waste your money on these. Just do situps/pressups along with rowing and general exercise and youd be better toned and feeling healthier, thats what i do and its cheaper!.
