disneyfan:
ok, bit confused about the whole keep your number thing.
You request a PAC code from your old supplier (O2, 3,t-mobile, whoever) you give this to your new supplier and 2 days later your number transfers.
Bit of a complicated way you have just to avoid doing this isnt it?
disney - the only really good deals at present are on Vodafone....but you have to take a new number. I need to keep my existing number and my contract has ended, so like a lot of people unable to use a Voda deal. I use my number for business and can't go weeks on PAYG waiting for areally hot deal to come up, so I did some research and found this. It's a deal with a hopefully reputable company and a good price overall for what you get.
It's a pity that the trade in value for that phone just dropped from £71 to £63.
You could always try one of the newer cashback companies (like Beepy) but they've no history and you're taking a risk.
This is a deal that gets you quite a bit back (cash and voucher), whilst keeping a decent amount of call time and texts, plus the benefit of web use.
I've looked for a few weeks and couldn't find anything decent...but if you've no use for the voucher it might not appeal, though you could always sell it.
Looks like it's going to snow...getting chilly in here
