A bit of an unfair comparison considering one is new and the ebay one is 2 years old

I'll tell you one thing though... This TV will have about 10 x better quality than any LCD or plasma screen on the market. Fact.

Here we go again with this model.

Everyone is going to vote cold because so many 'think' CRT is dead and it isnt.

And we have so many people with their uber big great fantastic LCD's & Plasma's & TFT's that dont even last the warranty this will be sub zero.

People havent all got Sky, People dont what HD, People dont trust LCD or Plasma, People just want a decent size TV which has the bonus of freeview.

This is a very good solid TV, it isnt to big and I sell LOADS of these still, and just shy like for like sales with Plasma, LCD is slightly ahead.

Excellent TV great picture quality wipes the floor in reliablility to ANY Plasma/LCD I have sold. I still sell these at £199.99 and these are so good they have been making this model for 3 years now and Daewoo still sell bucket loads.

Ignore the coldies if you want a Great CRT which will give you great picture, good value and is reliable then get one of these fully recommended.

I wouldnt sell them at this price as I know I can still get the £200 for them, at this price its a bargain.

Not worth £200 and definately not worth it without the stand. They were selling a 32" JVC with stand (but without freeview) for £200 about 12 months ago! I bought the JVC 32" for about £170 delievered from Littlewoods in their sale 8 months ago

LOL Typical comment from the blinkered

If the demand is still there, then they are still going to be made, this model is 3 years and still going strong.

I use to sell the JVC 32" CRT's and they were the cheap and nasty one's couldnt even put them near these Daewoo's in the shops as the screens were such poor quality compared to the Daewoo which gives a nice bright flat picture and the JVC's was waving at you, I had so many faulty JVC's it was silly, even had to send 8 pallets of them back because the 3rd scart socket didnt work.

They do look much nicer on the eye than a lot of Plasma's & LCD's its got some nice cuving and how it edges the silver surround does the modern trick nicely.

Seems that these are no longer being made. It's just that there's still so much stock that nobody wants. It's like the old xboxes, they stopped making them in 2005 but you could still buy them new in shops in 2007! As for picture quality being better, I disaggree! In a bright room maybe but in a dimly lit room there's not much difference. Also this only applies to normal picture resolution. If you consider HD then purchasing this TV for £200 looks even more idiotic!

The JVC's are good! This is definately not worth it without the stand, as a decent stand is £50-75 so factoring that in it's £250 mark. JVC stand included £170! I've opened a few Deawoo's and the quality of the components is ****, even worse that Goodmans!

Ones I have in stock at the moment were made in April 2008 and being a dimlet lit room would be a bit obvious and if someone is considering HD they they obviosuly wont be looking at this TV, bit of common that.

I have had 10 times the amount fo faulty JVC's to this Daewoo, and people always think quality of compents is best, its how these are designed, the JVC's get WAY WAY to hot and fail and whole load more, better components they may be but some of the intergration they use and 'cost cutting' it just doesnt work.

Daewoo have been sending stands with these for years, it was part of the Currys/Dixons deal and just sent you them anyway.

Sold 5 of these yesterday, joint top seller yesterday on the TV's. Though im having the last 43 in stock now from Daewoo :(
