It's a very inexpensive bike, no arguing with that, but even by the low standards you get in kids bikes, this is pretty terrible. I stupidly bought one for my daughter. It's wheels are badly molded, and because they're not inflatable are quite bad on anything but a perfect surface. The stabalizers are not adjustable, and once again for anything but a level hard surface, won't work as they usually lift the main (drive) wheel off the ground.

My advice is to avoid. It's more likely to hold your child back from learning to cycle than anything else.
