That's right - just go to the Help tab at the top, (or follow this link - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/cust...&nodeId=471044), select "contact us", log-in, scroll to find your most recent order, tick the check box, then click on "contact Amazon". I normally select "returns & refunds" as my heading, then put some blurb in the box about what price it was when I ordered it, how much they're offering it for now and can they please refund the difference, under the 30-day price guarantee policy.
