Not so much as a deal as a heads up (as I am sure you will be able to get it cheaper from Carphone Warehouse or some other dealer), however you can now buy the iPhone on pay as you go from Apple or O2 for £342.50 for the 8GB model or £391.45 for the 16GB model.

Quite pricy, but does include 12 months 'unlimited' 3G... Not sure how much it costs to keep an O2 payg phone going for a year. Apple Store offer 3% quidco at the moment, too...

I think the point the OP is trying to get across it just came available on Pay As You go from Apple direct. Before hand you had to buy from O2 or Carphone Warehouse!

Yeah, the deal is that you can now buy online from Apple directly and get £10 Quidco. Before you could only buy online from CPW @ £5 Quidco cashback.
