Where do i start
I ordered a kettle from this shop on Jan 10th, the order was confirmed to me by e-mail stating the item was in stock and i will have delivery within 5-10 working days. Great i thought so i waited an waited an waited, by Jan 23rd i still had no kettle so i e-mailed them to see if it had even been dispatched, got e-mail on Jan 26th telling me,"Im very sorry to inform you, that the reason you product has not arrived is because it is not in stock. I'm very sorry this has not been communicated to you"

They said that they would refund me immediately, i'm still waiting

They should never have taken my money if they could not supply the goods
They have very poor customer services and i would avoid them!!!
I'm now left to chase up my money myself through my visa company
