Couldnt agree more with on that. Sold me 2 handsets, 1 was faulty and had to be returned. Told me that refund would be back in my account within 7 days...2 months later still wasnt there. Phoned them 6 times and they werent interested. Had to raise complaint via VISA, then it wasnt until I started emailing the directors of their parent company (2020Mobile) directly and giving them grief that something got done. Within 2 days, I had 3 messages on my answering machine from a 2020Mobile Customer Services Manager wanting to resolve the situation. She was very pleasant and offered me any handset free or a refund. Took the free handset and sold it for more cash.
Would never deal with OrangeAccessories/Dextra Solutions again.
