if i went onto the high street and whacked down 300 notes would i be able to get a PS3 & 3 top games and an extra controller i think i will try my luck this weekend soo what occurs

Im gettin fed up of all these ps3 deals which are all much alike.
when r they gunna stop putting all this **** with the console and just lower the price

yeah take the price of the gmaes and your down to £200 which is basically what the console if worth going by the price of BR players at the moment

Most people will wan't the ps3 for christmas though. Things always go down if you wait, and march is 3 months away. Also I would say this bundle comes with the best games(save lost). Wonder if I could be cheeky and ask instore if it can be swapped for something else.

I think most people this xmas that haven't already got this generation of console may be swayed by the 360 to be honest with the aggressive pricing and deals on that, and the credit crunch hitting hard, its the cheapest option.

Seeing you can pick up at Zavvi a 360 Arcade for the price of a Nintendo DS.

Yep, you're dead right. That's what I did. Couldn't resist that Game GoW bundle for £185. I was determined to get a PS3 for Xmas but got drawn to the dark (well technically lighter) side.

This deal seems to be best by far if you want a PS3 for gaming, however, like I've said before, go with the offer you're happy with. I'm still determined to get a PS3 eventually, but by the time i've saved i wonder what deals will be around?

P.S. - IMO they should replace the Lost game here, it's just padding, maybe a Platinum game, Heavenly Sword or Uncharted, how much more would that cost them... just few extra quid?

thought electronics were going up in price if anything due to the terrible performance of the pound.
Bluray players are coming down in price i guess but then this is 'like' a xbox and one added together in a more convenient package so price isn't too unreasonable until the bluray player price becomes REALLY low.
Price has already come down somewhat anyway hasn't it? weren't these about this price with 1 or no games on release?

(for the record Sony have officially denied any price cut in March)
