Philishave CoolSkin HS8020 Only £39.15 @ Asda

£39.15

74°

FOUND BY: blutak 11 months, 6 days ago

The new philishave HS8020 with one shaving lotion cartridge at a ridiculously low price of £39.15.
The shaver is totally waterproof for use in or out of the shower and uses a new "cool skin" feature which lubricates your skin as you shave. Eliminating razor burn almost entirely.
(Ive got one and it works really well on sensitive skin)

Looks good, but 8 hour recharge time is abit much for me. Ordered the Philips HQ6990 from Amazon a couple days ago for £34 - 1 hour recharge time and also works off mains. Much better imo.

Just to jump a bit off topic, does anyone know where to get spare mains leads for Philishaves?

I lost mine a while back and have been unable to charge it

Yup it's been this price for some weeks now, although I ended up with a better deal on another shaver from Argos. Good price still

No trimmer - it is a very cut down model
The HS 8040 looks much better, although not a short charge time either

My mistake, I have the HS8040, so discount my earlier posting. Also, I have to agree, the 8 hour charge time is very long, BUT, presuming that they both last for similar times etc, I don't have to charge mine that often & as long as you remember to put it on overnight its fine!

Agreed, with above, its not perfect around the neck, however, it definately does the job. I have sensitive skin & I rarely have a rash around my neck, which is great, but I do get stubble later on in the afternoon
