Graco stadium duo - £93.37 at Smyths Toy Store - instore only

£93.37

47°

FOUND BY: wookiemummy 10 months, 3 weeks ago

Not for everyone I know, but I thought this was a bargain and bought it even though I don't need it for 6 months!! Next cheapest I have found is £116.94. It has mixed reviews but to be honest I only plan to use it for the school run for 6 months and it fits the autobaby car seat on which I already have. Good price for a travel system. In my local store it was the black jack colour. They are in stock in all the stores ( some low stock) and only available in store.

Can someone explain why you are voting cold?? Is it because you don't like the buggy or because you can get it cheaper elsewhere? Or maybe because you don't like children?? Or just because you just like voting cold???

Firstly, this is HUKD and people love to vote cold. Secondly, in my opinion (mother of nearly 6) and owner of over 22 double pushchairs, this pushchair is rubbish. Unwieldy, hard to push (esp with toddler in the front) and it is very heavy. I bought mine new, for a lot less than this (£77) and that was still far too much. Much better tandems available, at good prices. Also don't agree with fixing carseats to pushchairs as it is bad for baby, so not a feature in my opinion. Babies should lay flat.
Don't get peed off with my reply, you ask why it was getting cold votes. (I didn't vote cold BTW, I don't care whether people buy it or not).

You hit the nail on the head basically . I haven't had this one but have heard it is very difficult to push etc . But I have voted hot if someone wants this bargain .

Why would I get peed off, I welcome peoples opinion. I understand there are mixed reviews. What do you recommend as a good cheap double? I would rather have one that a car seat fits on as my son starts school in september and I will probaby only use the buggy to cross over the road and into the playground with my other 2. It is too much hassle to take baby out of the car seat just for a 5 minute trip. I had a phil and ted before and hated it. It couldn't be folded with the double seat on and I sold it within 6 months. I only want a cheap one as my daughter will be two and I already have a single maclaren XT which I plan to use with a sling for longer trips with the children.
These are not available now at £77 so you got a good deal, £93 is the best price around now.
Out of interest why 22 buggy's???

I've got this pram and don't find it too hard or heavy to push. I'm only 5ft 2" and my children are big. Let's face it, any double won't be easy to push. I bought this because I find the side by side buggies very narrow for the size of my children. Everyone has their own opinions on buggies and tbh I think the best thing to do is try them out.
