Might get a bit more heat If you point out the offer is for 6 batteries.

According to Farnell (the only place that appears to have prper tech-specs on them), these
batteries are only 3000 mAh, i.e. not much better than energizer rechargables at 2500 mAh.
Although the rechargables are more expensive (esp. if you need to buy a charger) they're better
value in the long run

never saw that so yes indeed a good bit hotter unless someone else has a link to pack of 6 lithiums for this price?

pete - sorta irrelevant as this is about the best price for a product. Some people like the convenience and performance of lithiums as well as the long shelf life and high operating temperature range.
I think everyone knows rechargeables are better value overall for most.

Good price they are £4.68 for 2 at Asda, £6.84 for 4 at Argos (on BOGOF offer). They are excellent for cameras which require a repeated high energy output over a short period of time.

I've often found rechargeable battieries a little limited when used in a camera, they never seem to last long between charges. Handy to carry as spares if you use rechargeable batteries in a camera.

As they have along shelf life I've orederd a few packs for my camera, at £1 each delivered they are a bargain.

also ordered when on the site a mains plug which you can plug a USB lead into for charging items such as mobile phones for £3.99 handy to keep at work for charging mobile or as a spare multi charger for a mobile as mobiles come with USB leads these days.

A low self discharge rechargable battery such as Eneloop would be a more economical option in the long run - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Low_sel...e_NiMH_battery
