NO works without pc as stand alone but for cd printing need epson r285 (this new 1 i think0 these old hard to get r200 r220 r300

Can you use 'copy' cartridges in this device?

I mean can you use duplicate ones... fake ones... I am hoping you know what I mean... as whatever I say makes it sound like a bloody photocopier... (or a joke)

Ahh... chip cartridges... does this use them? As it will end up costing a fortune in printing

yeah loads on ebay etc like all epsons can use unofficial inks

chipped not problem as they come ready and printer just charges them as the norm with epson own brand ink

I have the R265 and is great for printing direct to CD / DVD. It's just a printer though, no scanner.
