I will not be buying anymore SonyEricsson phones from Play.com anymore
In October 2008 we bought 2 w350i phones from play for birthday presents (twin girls) .At the end of November 2008 one of the phones would no longer charge the battery, rang play who said they wont do anything about it and to contact SonyEricsson as its under warranty

A week later we received a letter saying that the phone and contents were not covered under the warranty and that we would have to pay for repairs
We rang SonyEriccson up to tell them that we had sent the Play.com receipt for proof of purchase with the phone and contents, at which point they then informed us that Play.com is not an authorized seller for any of their phones and therefore they are not covered under their warranty
Rang Play.com back up and they have basically said its nothing to do with them sort it out with SonyEricsson
