I've got a 2GB one of these things. They're genius. Read/write speeds around 9MB/s too. Hot.

Yeah, hot from me too, maybe not the cheapest 4GB SD card around but they are extremely handy especially when away from home with no card reader.

Got one of these for £9.50 from play with RAC voucher. Bloody love it! Only downside is, that they've stopped providing the key-ring which used to be included in the 1GB version.
