on the hunt for the cheap N800 listed earlier, I just got back from the nottingham store, where i picked up their last nokia N810 for £79.97 (they are ~£230 everywhere else)

it's instore only, and not everywhere will have them. but if you go looking for the N800, ask about these too, for £40 more, its a much nicer bit of kit

Interesting, as an N800 owner I've been waiting for a replacement to the N810. It's not been announced or scooped by the gadget blogs, (Save for the spec to include Maemo with HSDPA integration).

Maybe there will be an N97 with Maemo (N98)?

Stupid stupid pc world deals, should be banned !

In fairness, I have spotted a deal in my local store - some Creative USB Sound Blaster X-Fi for just £20 ... but I'm not going to post it on here, I can't imagine there'll be any anywhere else.

Well actually I had to be put through to 3 different people and they basically said they have never stocked it so I didn't bother asking further questions. May pop down to my local later on this afternoon though as it's quite a big store. Doubt I'll get anywhere though.

I went to saynoto0870.com and put the 0844 number found on the PC World website to find the Nottingham store number, puts you straight through to the store

The N800 was posted this morning and as pointed out by lots of people who called PC World, they've never stocked them. If the deal is genuine, then maybe it was a one off store?
