This deal for the Toshiba NB100 is at the 1GB version
(need to stress its the 1GB as i saw the 512mb version in comet yesterday for around £250 and the 1GB version for just over £300 - if i remember correctly!)
the NB100 has had good reviews and is very very very compact having looked/had a play with one yesterday id say its more lightweight, compact and portable than many of the current netbooks on offer.
also it has Windows XP as its operating system which many of the other netbooks dont, opting for ubuntu or linux instead. Each to there own preference but i personally prefer windows xp, its something i use day in day out and something i know and am ever so familliar with
Anyway BT Shop have this for £269.62 but Toshiba are offering £30 cashback making it £239.62
