First, I said 'Nothing against Matalan (I often pick up a bargain there!)", but would rather have a cashback deal than Matalan vouchers, Nothing to do with the store, but the freedom to use wherever you like. Nothing patronising about that, my friend.
Second, your comparison is absurd - a choice between a lottery win or matalan vouchers? All I said was upfront cashback (in the form of a cheque) for similar (and in actual fact, probably greater) value is IMO better - and this was the reason for my cold vote.
Seriously - people complain when there are cold votes without comment, and yet when members do post their reasons they're fired at with idiotic comments like yours.
