Primark are selling men's fleece pullovers for £1.00. About six different colours and sizes from Small to XXL. They are on the shelf at £3.91 but at the till they are only £1.00 (see pics below - sorry about the 1st. one :)).

by employing people in poverty, who wouldn't normally have jobs, so they can earn money to feed their families. Like has been said above, most shops do the same and just charge you more for the pleasure.
