EXPIRED - LOGITECH HARMONY 555 REMOTE CONTROL £46.58 inc. del@ Misco (+4% Quidco?)

Bought this a year ago from Amazon for £37, nothing comes close to Logitechs Harmony for price and performance.

Good deal, but deifnatelt worth going for the Harmony One which is currently £75 at amazon i believe

Maybe if those have the extra cash to do so, the Harmony One is cradle rechargeable and has a colour screen and is nicer built than the 555 but ultimately performs under the same software to do the same job (albeit not having the fastext colour keys) that the 555 does.

And its 2/3rds the price of this deal extra in cost!...so its kinda like saying you could get a great deal on a base model car, then state for 2/3rds more of the cost get a car that performs the same but the interior is nicer and has a few more mod cons!

There's a £23 Amazon UK voucher code valid to 1/2/09. Found it in London Evening Standard earlier this week and posted it here as Voucher and then Deal linked to Voucher HOWEVER as you say "can't find it" - nor can I now - the search engine here is performing even worse than the dismal performance it normally achieves.

Such a shame that the information assets here become hidden/disguised/lost because of that poor access

You can still find the code in the VOUCHERS section - but who knows for how long - still it's only got 3 more days applicability anyway.

And I wasnt knocking the price of the One being £75, or said that you were knockign any of the others, just keeping things relative to this deal is all including the price of this, being 2/3rds the cost of the One!

LOL....I hate this forum at times, you can type something and guarantee someone is going to get the wrong end of the stick, no matter how you word things!

For peeps (like me) that dont want to spend £75 on a Harmony One which you have found a great deal there (No matter how better, and I would be foolish to state otherwise, that ergonomically, screen wise and having a rechargeable battery, its better) It is also 1/3rd more in cost and offers nothing more in performance than a 555 (or does it, you know better than me owning three to compare), just is nicer....thats why I mention about the same thing with cars.

For those with the extra cash...the Harmony One is great, for those who want the same functionality without the luxury ergonomics and enhanced screen, the 555 is great

I had a 515 and replaced it with this 555. Much better build quality and controls more devices.
Yes the one is better but not better enough to warrant the extra outlay for my needs.
My 555 once programmed will turn TV on from stand by, switch BD player on, change input on TV, turn receiver on and set sound output. All at the press of one button.
Highly recommended.
