This is the one I ordered. So looks like an error in description by Amazon. Mine is 3 discs (2 Blu-ray/1 DVD)
As far as I am aware there is only one Blu-ray release: Platinum edition.
Mine arrived today. The cover is exactly the same as the image shown on the Amazon page
apart from a sticker on the card outer sleeve which says:
