I have been waiting for ages for this to come down in price and it finally has. yay.


There are heroes... There are superheroes... And then there's... Hancock.

Will Smith stars as Hancock - a edgy, conflicted, sarcastic, and misunderstood guy whose well-intentioned heroics, might get the job done and save countless lives, but always seem to leave jaw-dropping damage in their wake. The public has finally had enough - as grateful as they are to have their local hero, the good citizens of Los Angeles are wondering what they ever did to deserve this guy. Hancock isn't the kind of man who cares what other people think - until the day that he saves the life of PR executive Ray Embrey (Jason Bateman), and the sardonic superhero begins to realize that he may have a vulnerable side after all.

Wouldnt recommend this film at all, not a very good story line & a little boring, much prefer him in I am Legend :-)

Cant really compare it to I am legend, totally different film, would be like comparing it to Seven Pounds.

I thought it was quite good, but I will wait for it to drop below the £5 mark before I buy it. Next cheapest is about £11 though so voted hot.

I would highly recommend the film, I thought there was a good mix of Will Smith humour and drama... My wife liked it as well, so should appeal to all, whereas with I am Legend, I loved it but my wife wasnt impressed... its a matter of opinion but I think it was a great film...

A pretty recent film for £7.99 delivered with the next cheapest being over the £10 mark. Voted hot from me.

I think its a fun film once watched but not one i would enjoy much 2nd time around.

My opinion is although it begins with promise, Hancock suffers from a flimsy narrative and poor execution.

£7 is more than it's worth....a half decent film ...but certainly not one of Will's better offerings, and about £4.99 would be the mark.

Not Hot...but I won't vote cold either..... you may as well rent it at Blockbuster for £2.50 or whatever they charge these days...since you won't want to watch it more than once.

You'll be lucky!!! I used to work there and the price is around the 4 or 5 quid mark now, unless you do a multi buy or something!!!
