The "Spam this thread" thread

Right, this may well get deleted, or at least spammed by a certain someone, but I wanna know if this is a good idea.

There are a few users now who actively spam threads correctly, in order to clean the forums and help the mods, and use the spam button as it is intended.

The problem with the 2/3 users issue, is that while 2/3 long-time members may know its spam, 2/3 members don't always find the thread quickly enough. I've noticed this a lot.

So (if this is allowed), when you spot a thread, spam it, then copy the link here as a link repository for other (possibly) bored users to take a judgement on.

Its not to demand people spam it - just to ask others to consider it too.

I think this could be a good idea, reposts of the same things over and over again can drive me mad, and sometimes they get voted just as hot!

Don't know if they will let you keep this thread but I think it's a good idea

Oh, and as long as the 'spamming' person doesn't go spam happy and just spam anything!

As always though, members incorrectly spamming threads (as part of personal vendettas etc) will receive a warning/suspension and may have their vote power removed.
