Don't bite me if this has already been submitted but I couldn't find it. In my NOW magazine there's an advert for an "Entertainment Blitz" at Sainsburys (in store only) and one of the items is a Wii Console for £159.97 instead of £179.97 AND you can get nectar points on it so an added bonus.

Not sure how good these are, but they're also advertising Wii Winter Sports 2008 for £12 and Shrek's Carnival Craze for £10. Kung Fu Panda DVD, £5 and other offers too.

Hmm wouldnt class either the Wii or Xbox as "hot" unless people want faulty replacement consoles, they are both cheap because you get nothing with them. Gamestation does Wii + 2 games 179.99, and 360 + Tomb Raider Underworld or Pro Evo for 169.99. Same with Game, HMV etc

Can you clarify the 'faulty' comment?

I've just picked up a Wii for £156 as they took off the VAT saving at the counter.

I can still put the £24(ish) saving difference towards any game that I want rather than the bundled options.

I think he's trying to say unless your console is faulty, this isn't a particularly hot deal due to the fact that you can buy a package deal and get better value for money

Are the gamestation Wii bundles with 2 games for 179.99 in store, online they only have 1 game bundles for who wants to be a millionaire 2, more game party, my fitness coach, big beach sports and more game party. Cheers

Bought a WII bundle the other day from Game with free delivery and topcashback.
The Wii console came with Wii Sports (as normal) + Ironman + Sonic Unleashed +Wall E
Not a bad deal I think....but $157 for the console + sports is a great deal from Sainsbury, giving you 42 quid to go get games you actually want.
I would have gone for this deal if it was available at then... aaarrggghhhhh

The bundle costs £199, hence the £42 difference.
