Free insurance and £25 Vouchers @ CenterParcs (Conditions apply)

STARTS: 13/02/2009

Center Parcs have recently scrapped their Come Back Soon offers.
However, if you have been on a break to center parcs within the last 28 days, and you wish to book again, you can get free combined insurance (cancellation insurance plus travel, personal property and personal injury insurance) worth £26.50 and £25 worth of vouchers to spend whilst on holiday.
When I phoned to book, I was not offered this deal, but when I asked if they still did come back soon offers, I was offered this.
It can work out better than the Come Back Soon offer depending on the date you want to book for

The insurance is not worth £26.50 - that's just what they charge you. The same cover will cost you about 10-12 quid elsewhere and usually quidco or other cashback on top.
As to the vouchers - depends if they are 'spend £30 get £5 off ' type or not. I very much doubt this is better than the Come Back Soon offer.

You might well be right.
It's still FREE insurance though as opposed to paying any amount for it.
The vouchers I get as a select guest are all £5 off retail, and £10 off activities etc, so it might be the same for this. I'm going to Sherwood Forest in July, so I'll post more about the vouchers when I get them.
Also, with the come back soon offers, you often only got 5%, and during peak times, you got nothing at all. With 5% off that only gives a saving of around £15 for me, which is why I said "It can work out better than the Come Back Soon offer depending on the date you want to book for."
All in all I'd say it's still better than nothing, which is exactly what you'll get with come back soon as they no longer do that.
So there!!

Well, i have just received the cp village life magazine. They have now lowered all their prices! And the Come back soon offer guarantees you the lowest price, if you should see the same break etc at a cheaper price you can contact them and they will issue you a refund. So this plus the free insurance and the £25 voucher is good value to me. I think the plan is to get people to book early, get the cheaper prices. My sister booked for August about 8 weeks ago and paid £499 for a 3 bed woodland lodge.... same break is now £699. So i think she did well, school holiday time aswell.
