Pretty neat player, takes and plays videos, and 15 hours audio playback which is pretty good I reckon.

heres a review from Amazon which gave it 5 stars (all the 2 reviews did)

When shopping for my new mp3 player i was just looking for a music player that would store all of my music and that i could afford. I was considering an ipod nano but then discovered this. For about half the price i could get the same memory, a smaller player, a bigger screen and video, Fantastic!

The list of features is huge for the player:

Music player
Video Player
FM Tuner 32 presets & you can name them
Picture viewer
Line in recording - Auidio link cable is included
Built in Microphone
Themes & custom background
Equaliser with presets & custom
Very good battery life, mine is averaging about 24 hours continuous music playback and about 6 1/2 hours of video
Takes playlists from Windows Media & Creative Media

The supplied speakers are great, as is to be expected from a sound speacialist like Creative. The sound quality is very good, the player will take most bit rates, i've gone as low as 32kb/s mono wma without losing too much quality and as high as 320kb/s with no playback issues. Also i would like to mention that much unlike the ipod, there is no gap between songs, even when using the shuffle option.

The player will accept files by syncronising from WMP 10 or above, or Creative media source/organiser, or just using windows explorer even for videos. The player is supported in windows xp and windows vista. Another point to mention is tat unlike the ipod the zen will syncronise files back to your computer aswell as accepting new files from your computer.

Included in the package is the player, a CD containing drivers and loads of creative software, a neck rope, headphones, USB2 cable, audio transfer cable (for line in recording) and a protective case.

The microphone is good quality and all recordings are syncronised back to the computer on attachment.

Unfortunately there is no plug in charger included, but it charges via usb for which a plug adapter can be purchased cheaply there is even an in car option, and you can use the player while it charges.

I know this review isn't really very well organised but i had trouble remembering all the features.

5 Stars from me, just one word of warning, install the drivers before attaching the player, anything below windows vista refuses to recognise the player if you don't.

Not convinced about the play deal as the Fuze only goes up to 8bg www.sansa.com/players/sansa_fuze think play have included the potential for the expansion slot. Very misleading!!

hot for the zen, these things are tiny
