EXPIRED - Lenovo N500 NS723Uk - battery problem

All,

Anyone having laptop as above has had a battery problem ???

I have just bought a new laptop and while reading the manual it says ' battery meter'to be orange in colour when getting normally charged whereas mine shows orange only till 20 % and then blue all the way ....

more over the battery indicator in the tray doesnt even show , battery is getting charged ...

let me know if anyone has faced the issue and have been able to fix it ..
