I got this email that I thought I could share with you lot.

To get the 3 free songs you need to have a Rockstar Social Club Account (free)
Then you need to link it to either any of these three

XBOX LIVE gamertag
PlayStation Network
Games for Windows

Once you have linked it to one of those 3 and you subscribe to their mailing list, you should get a unique code where you can download the GTAIV soundtracks.
