Having spelt it guinieiss then guiniess

I assume you mean guinness (the drink)

Very easy to find the correct spelling of anything.

Search for it in Google (bad spelling an all) and if Google does not recorgnize the word it will offer you a word that it does know, probably the correct speling.

If, for example, you search using your second spelling "guiniess" then Google offers you the correct spelling.
