I'd google computerwebstore before buying anything from them. One of the reviews (of many) that came up:

oh dear, If I wanted to buy I would have had a scout round for opinions, done this with 24electric a few weeks ago as they had an amazing bargain on there but the feedback was dire. so maybe not so hot then.

certainly not the most polished website, and questionable mention of 17.5% VAT quoted on their t&c page. Otherwise:
Computerwebstore Ltd
Imperial Court
Exchange Street East
Liverpool
United Kingdom
L2 3AB
There is mention of a direct phone number on this semi-historic forum page
And one for the cynics:
Companies House website indicates latest accounts for Computerwebstore Ltd is overdue.

And also their illegal terms and conditions w.r.t. the distance selling act

http://www.computerwebstore.co.uk/cs-returns.asp

It is your responsibility to make sure the goods reach us in the condition stated above. We recommend that you use a reliable carrier or registered mail and make sure that the goods are sufficiently insured. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged in transit.

a) In order to return unwanted items you should firstly contact our Customer Support Dept be emailing us at customersupport@computerwebstore.co.uk and request an RMA form

b) Fill the form in and return it to us ASAP.

c) Providing the above conditions are met we will then issue an RMA (Return of Material Authorisation) number. Only then may you return the goods to us. Please make sure that the RMA number is visible on the outside of the packaging.
