Found this on a Bike forums ... seems like a steal and if my fellow countryman Carlos Sastre takes it (winner of the Tour de France 08!), it must be good.

That is a massive bargain I think, as all this items would cost close to £15 if not more!

Indeed it is, if you take this kind of stuff - this is like a godsend.

Tesco's was selling a drinks bottle, 1 energy gel, 1 energy bar, 1 protein bar and 1 energy drink sachet for 9.99 last month! This has also got the vitamins and omega 3 and it is cheaper!

Yeah, pretty good website, they have quite cheap prices for vitamins, gels and omega 3. Really recommended.
