I went to 'The Works' bookstore in town yesterday and they had LOADS of paperback books for £1.99 each or 3 for £5. I think ALL of the paperback books were in this deal!
Most of them are great books so I picked up 6 for £10

Sounds like a fantastic deal.

If only our local shop hadn't been taken over by that new chain store 'TO LET'?

They're taking over every shop on our High Street, yet they never seem to be open nor actually sell anything

lol. i got some of these a few weeks ago. got high school musical and hanna montana books. they were from a set of about 8, but didnt have the complete sets :( but the books also had previous sale sticker of £3.96 each on them, so 4 for £5 is well worth it!
